There is a lot to find out about vermouth and even enthusiastic ‘foodies’ are guaranteed to have their eyes opened to the many secrets and long history of this drink that was once one of the most important products produced in Catalonia. There are two Las Vermudas in the city, both located in the most happening parts of town; Gràcia and Sant Antoni.

Mazza offers 3 different home made vermouth macerations on offer (Pedro Ximenes with plums, moscatel and grapefruit and whiskey with cinamon and apple), the classic rosso and the classic bianco from Padró as well as the premium version, not forgetting the Turin inspired rubino.

La Vermuterie es una vermutería gastronómica de diseño ubicada en pleno corazón del Eixample Barcelonés, abierta todos los días desde los desayunos hasta la cena y con cocina ininterrumpida a partir del mediodía. El interiorismo es de Isabel LopezVilalta + Associats. Ubicado en la planta baja de un edificio moderno en la intersección de Muntaner con Londres, el local es un espacio diáfano enmarcado por grandes ventanales con vistas a la calle y a la terraza exterior. La decoración se define por su mezcla de materiales cálidos, como los paneles de madera vintage y las cortinas de tela que crean un ambiente elegante a la vez que acogedor.
