OFFERING: Located on the ground floor of The Barcelona EDITION, Bar Veraz offers visitors and guests a dynamic menu with good-value dishes, some available throughout the day and others just at lunch or dinner, made with the finest seasonal products.
HIGHLIGHT: The concept was conceived by Sebastián Mazzola, the renowned chef who has worked in restaurants such as NOMA (Copenhagen) or 41° and Tickets (Barcelona), founder of the Cooking in Motion movement. At Bar Veraz, Mazzola offers a product driven cuisine, dishes conceived for sharing, accompanied by a selection of regional wines with more than 30 local references.
INTERIOR: With the stamp of EDITION Hotels. Sophisticated design with unusual touches that help make the experience special without overpowering it. The huge backlit wall of bottles over the central bar and the photographs by Joana Biarnes, Colita, Xavier Miserachs and Oriol Maspons, that are displayed in the restaurant’s seating area, reflecting the city itself, its local culture and exquisite gastronomy.
