Photography exhibition at Loewe, Passeig de Gràcia
After her installation at the Loewe shop on Gran Via in Madrid the oldest shop belonging to the renowned firm, the exhibition of Ouka Leele arrives in Barcelona.
The exhibition that Loewe dedicates to Ouka Leele incudes 19 images within the Peluquería (hairdressers) series, among which some have been used to create a stamp on bags, silk scarves and tee-shirts for a capsule collection on sale at its shops.

Known for her surreal sense of humour and her technique - combining black and white photographs with watercolours of intense tones - Ouka Leele's work marked an era, that of the Madrid movement of the 1980s, and is still relevant, as Reveals its inclusion in the collections of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (Madrid), the Instituto Cervantes de Lisboa and the Fondation Cartier in Paris.
