Loewe is highly aware of its Spanish origins. At this moment in time when  companies are reinforcing their identities in order to better compete the Madrid based firm has created a collection of bags that combine a modern trendy aesthetic, their taste for all things Barroque, together with historical craft knowledge and the re-edition of some of the most extraordinary examples of Iberian art. Launched in October, this collection, simply called:  “Barroco”, transforms the classic pieces of the fashion house, like the ‘Amazona’ or the ’Flamenco’, in exceptional pieces with intricate arabesque patterns with the centuries old techniques from the  Cordoba region. Miniscule attention to detail and the patient recreation of pattern and relief on leather. The result is simply stunning!, pieces that will always be beautiful. A collection de silk and cashmere scarves as well as other accessories (wallets, cotton handkerchiefs, key rings and copybooks even)  all of them stamped with designs marked by dark and grey shadows that define this collection.
