Starting from the classical shapes that distinguish the historical Italian brand, designer Nicholas Kirkwood has created a collection with an 'underground' taste, made up of contrasts and tensions, with a result very contemporary and fresh. Classic shapes are combined with industrial elements and rock details: rider boots and lace up shoes are enriched with metallic details, pump and 80s’ style boots lean on geometric plexiglass wedges and fluo applications draw 'Aztec' geometric motives in sandals and platform creating graphic 3D effect. The fabulous designs are enhanced by combining exotic leathers such as python and shearling to calf, suede to ultra bright patent leather. Optical theme becomes leitmotif of the collection dying the different structures, daywear as well as eveningwear, in an unusual but very actual mix.
