We Bistro, located on Ronda de Sant Pere, is a restaurant, café and cocktail bar. It is also one of the most stunning restaurant interiors of the city, with an equally impressive culinary offering to match. The menu is inspired by seasonal cuisine and local ingredients that include Catalan, Spanish and Italian influences. The dishes reflect the changing seasons so currently the highlights include: Scallops with ají pepper mayonnaise and chalaca, Panzanella with tomato and burrata, Grilled octopus with Jerusalem artichoke and mushrooms, as well as the Sea Bass with citric salad and fennel salad. Not forgetting the Duck Magret with tomato salad, pomegranate and fresh oregano. The wine list includes a selection of mostly Spanish labels with a few Italian surprises. Many available by the glass.
