Time Out Fest 2026 marks the arrival of Spring this weekend at Time Out Market Barcelona with its most foodie-centric and eclectic edition yet, all with a stunning sea view. The sixth edition will bring together 21 exclusive creations from 10 of the city's top restaurants, showcasing Catalan produce and featuring a wide range of music and activities over three days. The festival offers a diverse culinary experience, from haute cuisine—with Michelin-starred chefs—to international flavours like fish and chips, tacos, and mini pizzas, all with Catalan ingredients as the common thread.
This sixth edition underscores the festival's commitment to local produce and talent, with a culinary offering that places Catalan gastronomic heritage at the heart of the experience. A total of 10 of Barcelona's best restaurants will present exclusive creations developed especially for the festival, totalling 21 unique dishes—18 savoury options and three desserts—that reflect the richness, creativity, and diversity of Barcelona's culinary scene.

A key new feature is that this will be the most veggie-friendly edition yet, with 10 vegan or vegetarian dishes expanding the options and reinforcing the festival's commitment to being an open and accessible space where everyone can enjoy themselves equally. The format, based on exclusive dishes created just for this weekend, will allow visitors to sample a wide variety of food in a unique setting at affordable prices, starting from 6 Euros, with free entry for children under 12.
