Three roscones for the Three Wise Men

The 6th of January is approaching, and with it the last sweet morsel of the Christmas festivities: the Roscón de Reyes. Here a selection -one traditional, the second evolved and a third rara avis-, which responds to the number of Their Majesties.
MamàPot. You still have time to reserve El tortell in www.mamapot.com, with its ceramic bean and king, all artisan, and pick it up at the Duduà headquarters (Diluvi, 5. Barcelona) on Friday, January 5th from 5 to 8 pm and Saturday, January 6th from 11 am to 2 pm.
La Pastisseria. Josep Maria Rodríguez Guerola, Pastry World Champion in 2011, proposes this brioche roll stuffed with chocolate milk truffle, with crispy almond, chocolate pearls and natural cherry topping. Previous commission in Aragó, 228 (Barcelona).
Triticum. See the Roscottones of Xevi Ramon!
