Artte named Spain's best Cocktail Bar

For the fifth year in a row Culture Cocktails Magazine has organised a Top 20 list of the best cocktail bars in Spain. Unlike other lists this is actually prepared by the public, subscribers he publication.

Barcelona has an enviable collection of great cocktail bars to choose from, the classics including Gimlet, Ideal and Dry Martini and the more contemporary ones that are continuing the city’s long love affair with the cocktail. This year the award which is an important reference in the world of cocktails, recognises the creative cocktails of Artte with its tea inspired cocktails, its delicious 0’0 and the re-interpreted classics prepared by master mixologists Pablo Pelatti and Ilan Ärca.

    Artte was named the overall winner in competition with some of the most prestigious cocktail bars of Spain with the 35 Estrellas a la Calidad award given annually by Culture Cocktails. Artte is not just a great cocktail bar however, it’s a Tea Laboratory, performance space, art gallery and restaurant. A unique mixture of gastronomy and culture that was conceived by Mario Fradera Fonoll based on his extensive travels around the world.
