Tapas Tomate / Fan Ho
From the Mediterranean to China in the latest journey of Grupo Tragaluz
Just turned thirty Grupo Tragaluz continues to imagine restaurants, with sober but suggestive interiors, comfortable and stylish, and always safe bets on the gastronomic. A concept that has managed to materialize again in Tapas Tomate / Fan Ho, a two in one restaurant that offers, respectively, the best of the Mediterranean gastronomy and authentic Chinese cuisine.
Located right in the heart of the Eixample, Tapas Tomate / Fan Ho brings together two distinct and independent concepts -both in gastronomy and interior design- in the same space, although divided into distinct areas. The result is a restaurant with a fun atmosphere where you can eat very well and try different dishes from the kitchens here and there, all prepared with fresh raw materials and quality.

Tapas Tomate brings an honest and uncomplicated formula adapted to the current times, offering every day from 12 to 12 original new versions of traditional dishes, perfect for sharing, such as Hummus with tomato and olives, the Prawn Tartare with tomato and cilantro, the sea bass tempura, the oxtail "bikini" (hot sandwich) with mozzarella, gorgonzola croquettes with corn, leek and spinach, or the duck egg with parmesan, black sausage, potato and truffle. The menu also includes salads and fresh dishes -cooked in the room, such as the smoked burrata with pesto, fennel and watercress-, pasta and rice -such as the truffled Rigatoni or the rice with cuttlefish, sausage and artichoke-, meat dishes -like the burguer with spinach, egg, asparagus, tomato and raclette or the Grilled sirloin beef- and fish -such as Salmon with peas, bimi and sweet potato-. To accompany, the wine menu includes a fine selection of mostly national D.O.s. And finally, irresistible homemade desserts such as tiramisu, chocolate coulant, lemon pie or cheesecake.
