GO! Sushing
With its extraordinary location, just opposite the entrance to Camp Nou in the Les Corts neighbourhood, GO! Sushing is a restaurant that offers a wide range of premium quality sushi and other dishes. Healthy, market fresh cuisine that appeals to sporting types and couch potatoes alike. There are in fact over 200 options to choose from including the Tuna and Hawaiian Salmon Poke bowl, a popular dish where the fish is marinated Hawaiian style and is served with slices of avocado on a sushi rice base sweet onion, nori algae nori and peanuts. And the Bun Bao, a Chinese sandwich made with chicken, spicy mayonnaise, peanuts and lamb’s lettuce. Everything here is made fresh and the restaurant offers a delivery service that includes the entire city.
Other house specials which are favourites here include dishes that are typical of traditional Japanese gastronomy, like the chirashi, sashimi and makis, and other recipes with ingredients from Mediterranean cuisine such as Chicken Uramaki, Sirloin Cheddar Roll or the Crispy Duck Sushi. The updated menu (adapted for the summer) also includes dishes such as the selection of nigiris and rolls covered with melted cheddar cheese that gives a unique touch when put together with the traditional ingredients of these Japanese snacks.

“Although our essence is Japanese cuisine, our menu is a fusion to satisfy the most demanding palates. That’s why among our 200 proposals we include more Mediterranean ingredients that are typical of Spanish gastronomy. But we also try to introduce new surprises with every mouthful based on the quality of the products we use,” according to Simón San, the manager of GO! Sushing Les Corts.

The restaurant space is bright, unfussy and inviting with panoramic windows onto the Les Corts avenue outside that gets very animated the days when matches are being played.
