Since last July, Amélie brings us to the exclusive universe of oysters in a pop-up bar located in the new gastronomic area at the -1 floor of El Corte Inglés building in Plaça de Catalunya. A unique experience in Barcelona offering the best value for money, satisfying both the palates of the more connoisseurs and the beginners. In this culinary space, similar to the one that Amélie also installs in the famous luxury shopping center La Grande Épicerie, in Paris, oyster lovers can taste them served by the best specialized professionals, enjoying a unique tasting of different sizes or categories of oysters prepared in different ways, among which the oysters vaporized with premium spirits are worth to mention.

An exquisite selection of small dishes, made with gourmet products of the highest quality and carefully prepared, complete the gastronomic experience. Oyster tartar, tuna tartar, salmon with truffled honey, salt foie gras with champagne jelly, French homemade pastries, Iberian ham, French cheeses or fish varieties, all of the best quality and accompanied by drinks ranging from tea from the French firm Maxim's to the French wine or champagne glasses.

Among the favorite options from the menu are the Amélie oyster combos and glass of champagne (for about 20€), the assiettes of three finger foods options to choose (18€) or the brunch formula (combining the two above for 25€). Although undoubtedly the most special option is the Amélie Sensations Tasting (at a cost of € 25), an authentic sensory experience that includes steamed oysters with premium spirits (sake, vodka, whiskey or gin tonic), oysters with champagne gelée, and fumée oysters, oysters smoked in glass bell.
