The Palace Hotel presents Barcelona’s first Oyster Cocktail bar based on a pairing of Amélie oysters together with Special Cocktails by Paradiso (Grup Confiteria). Served on the spectacular roof terrace of the hotel which also features a great seasonal menu, available to the general public and hotel guests created by chef Marc Mallasén featuring local produce typically used in Mediterranean cuisine like rice, fish and pasta, vegan options, creative tapas, light main courses, sandwiches and hamburgers, amongst others.
