Tomás Rodríguez is at the head of this engaging restaurant, whose name together with a collection of rare coins on display there refer to a region of Malaga from where his mother is from. Tomás who is 36 has spent twenty of those years in the profession. Over his career he has worked in the kitchens of the Torres brothers (when he started out at 16 at the now defunct Reno and then later at Dos Cielos) and Santi Santamaria in Can Fabes as well as Evo.
