Oassis Natural Cooking

Oassis Natural Cooking is a new restaurant recently opened on Passeig de Gracia, located just beside the entrance ramp to El Nacional, Oassis is a culinary project with a carefully curated and coherent philosophy: healthy ‘fast’ food options served in a fresh, youthful and bright setting at competitive prices. Seasonal produce featuring Km0 or farm to table ingredients where the options as well as being healthy are tasty and filling, i.e. the portions are generous. A non-stop service from 8 A.M. through till 0.30 daily, 1.30 am on the weekends. A place where music, art and efficient service compliment the food rather than distract from it.

The menu is divided into different sections that make it simple to understand, with variations on favourite staples; starters or Picoteo, a selection of tapas for sharing including classic and international style options; WOW Salads featuring a variety of ingredients sourced locally as well as other more exotic foods, all options however are diverse and generous with healthy and savoury combinations. Tasty Burgers accompanied by fresh chips cut daily offering chicken, ham and beef and even vegetarian options. Lovely Pizzas using a specially prepared base made using natural fermentation mass (over 72 hours) and made with reduced yeast, kneaded by hand to make them light, easy to digest while tasty. The drinks menu includes cold pressed juices, homemade lemonade as well as beers and wines, both local and Spanish.

    The interior décor features warm and sustainable materials such as timber, ceramic and polished render with neon signs with solid timber furniture and bright upholstery. A street terrace on Passeig de Gracia welcomes diners directly outside.
