Nubar
New adventure of the Costa Este group in Paseo de Gracia
Nubar is the last opening to date of the Costa Este group, one of Barcelona's references in restaurants and leisure. Inspired by Nuba, located in the upper part of the city, Nubar has all the elements to become a key meeting point in the city center, in a privileged location: one of the most important retail arteries in Europe.
In line with the other East Coast restaurants-clubs, Nubar is defined by a careful gastronomic proposal, a sophisticated design - with Estrella Salietti's hallmark in the restaurant, the lounge bar and the comfortable terrace in the middle of Passeig - and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. All this with a generous timetable: opening from 12 midday to 3am from Monday to Sunday.

The culinary offer, twinned with that of Nuba, is characterized by international cuisine, giving special importance to seafood and fish. The chef José Miguel Manzanal is responsible of the kitchen, he works with the best quality ingredients and paying careful attention to the presentation.
The menu includes Imperial beluga caviar and Royal crab, salads such as the Lobster and mango or Wagyu carpaccio with truffled parmesan as starters, and Black cod with miso and yuzu sauce, Fish from the coast or the Iberian Presa with apple puree as second courses. Another attraction of Nubar is its raw bar, a raw bar with seafood such as Amélie oysters, fresh tartares and sashimis of the day.

And as the night progresses, Nubar becomes an exotic lounge bar that, offering the same menu as the restaurant, suggests enjoying a relaxed dinner accompanied by one of the cocktails included in its extensive cocktail menu.
