The block between Ganduxer and Dr. Fleming in the Sarría Sant Gervasi neighbourhood has, over the years, become a centre for leisure, night life, sport and now food. One of the undisputed main attractions is Nuba, a restaurant, cocktail bar, terrace and club that provides everything that a night out should have. Nuba rises above it all, with its elevated terrace and beautiful interior this local institution has now fully reopened with a new, updated cuisine but the same elegance and charm as always.
With regard to the cuisine the focus is on a fusion of East and West, the best of both with local and seasonal ingredients. Amongst the highlights of the starters / tapas are the Amelie oysters; jamón de bellota; Pheasant canneloni with foie and truffle; scrambled egg served with Lobster; the tuna tartar and varied sushi.
Among the stand-out main dishes, the Octopus confit with bacon and potato parmentier, the Scallops with artichokes and ham or the Black Cod. And for the meat lovers the Steak tartar will make an impression, as well as the Sirloin steak with mushrooms and the Galician veal.
And for all those who must finish with dessert, there's a trilogy: peach cheesecake, chocolate textures or vanilla ice cream with toppings, conceived for sharing.
