This is a genuinely unique restaurant located in the Gracia neighbourhood (just off Torrent de l’Olla, on C/ Siracusa). The brainchild of French man Enric Eluthringer resident in Barcelona for many years, his restaurant has been opened for about a year now but already has a very loyal clientele. Eric, who has worked in different types of pizza restaurants for his entire career likes a challenge, so he went about creating a fine crust base which was both crunchy and gluten-free. But Messié sin gluten is not just a pizza restaurant it has a full and varied menu that in reality if you didn’t know was gluten-free you would never guess.
