Tomás who is 36 has spent twenty of those years in the profession. Over his career he has worked in the kitchens of the Torres brothers (when he started out at 16 at the now defunct Reno and then later at Dos Cielos) and Santi Santamaria in Can Fabes as well as Evo.

Five years after the opening it’s now celebrating the milestone with a tasting menu that showcases their faith in raw material, sourced from the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat, prepared according to traditional recipes updated for modern tastes reflecting his skills learned at Sant Celoni.
