Inspired by the eateries of New York’s famous Manhattan neighbourhood the Meat Packing Bistro burger consists of 200 grams of beef sourced locally from Girona seasoned with an in-house recipe (firmly kept under wraps). Guaranteed to be freshly minced, cooked and served to order within the hour. The bread is provided by renowned Turris bakers, one of the few places in the city supplied by them, made daily and is lightly toasted.
