Thang Pam and Javier Navarro Alemany are the creative forces behind Me, Thang was born in Vietnam but moved to the US with his family as a child and subsequently studied architecture in New Orleans and Javier is a Catalan architect. Me is a reflection of their combined passions, backgrounds and interests.

Main courses on the current menu include Bo luc lac, Vietnamese watercress salad with stir fried veal; Banh xeo, Vietnamese crepe filled with fresh bamboo shoots, seitan and mushrooms.
