Afternoon Tea at Blanc
Lluc Crusellas joins forces with Mandarin Oriental to offer locals the opportunity to experience his skill as a Master Chocolatier. The offer can be enjoyed until April 26, you can find their most recognized desserts and others created exclusively for the Blanc restaurant from between 3 and 7 o’clock in the afternoon. The luxurious sweet menu includes 5 different pastries all created in collaboration with the Mandarin Oriental team.
Guests will be able to choose between Tatin with caramelized apple, caramel, Belgian biscuit and Chantilly cream; Sacher with textures of cocoa and apricot compote; a Ferrero Bombón with milk chocolate mousse and semi-liquid hazelnut interior; a Xocosú with crunchy cocoa, with mascarpone and coffee and, a unique dessert created especially for this collaboration: Mandarin orange with dark chocolate, hazelnut and butter cookie.
