Josep Maria Rodríguez is a graduate from the renowned Hoffman School, his working experience includes collaborations with Oriol Balaguer, Foix de Sarría, Pastelería Totel (Relais Dessert) Paco Torreblanca and restaurants like Miramar (2 Michelin stars), Zuberoa (2 Michelin stars) and Merlot culminating with Coupe Du Monde de la Pâstisseríe edición 2.011. His recently opened pastry shop and café is aimed at people with a sensibility for cakes, who understand the textures, smells and the definitive sensation of the exquisite.” The cakes are inspired by nature, architecture and painting recalling those experiences which we all store in our imaginations- Authentic works of art which can be accompanied by sweet wines, a cava or champagne or tea and coffee.
