A culinary destination, a mix of generations and a unique take on the gastronomic world. La Dama arrives in Barcelona to the delight of both its residents and visitors, housed within the exceptional surroundings of classical architectural proportions to be enjoyed by the young and older, and everyone in between. An apartment transformed into a social club, a restaurant and cocktail bar that is guaranteed to make you feel at home. The concept was inspired by the coming together of the different eras that define the city, to create a life-filled place where subtle luxury and modernity meet.
The cuisine offers classic fare given a contemporary make over. Inspired by French, Italian and Northern European dishes and including other international influences. The home-cured breast of Muscovy duck served with sweet potato puree, the wild turbot steak sautéed in noisette butter and the braised beef rib garnished with seasonal vegetables, are just some of its most emblematic dishes. The aromatic herbs and the citric touches are the star ingredients of the appetizers that somehow manage to leave diners with an appetite for more. The sweets provide a final touch to the menu with some mouth watering desserts made in-house such as the chocolate soufflé, delicate puff pastry and top quality Italian ice cream. Cocktails provide new taste experiences with their unusual combination of ingredients that will delight the palate with new flavours. The culinary offering is nevertheless classically structured and provides diners with the option of pairing their meal with a cocktail to complement the exquisite cuisine. A fusion that will no doubt make La Dama home to young spirits.

La Dama defies eras and passing trends; it conveys the security of a relaxed elegance that is concerned with the most minute detail. A versatile, elegant and warm architectural interior designed by the Masca Studio, who has managed to join bring together an eclectic mix in order to recreate the intimacy of a private home. The decor is somewhat different in every room but harmonious in the overall sense. The imposing modernisme style hall, the mixture of velvet fabrics, hard woods and attenuated lighting create a duality between the warm and the sophisticated. La Dama is without doubt the kind of home where you’ll want to be invited back.
