After meeting the chef at the hotel first thing in the morning which is located only 111 steps from La Boquería, participants visit the hotel’s main food suppliers there.
The restaurant CentOnze gets its name from its proximity to La Boquería, literally one hundred and eleven steps walk away. The beautiful dining area looks over the Ramblas outside and there’s loads of space to get creative with the food in the breakfast buffet area, which is where the kitchen is accommodated for this gastronomic experience. After preparing the various dishes the participants get to eat their own preparations, with a wine pairing.
