The ‘menú Ejecutivo’ is the creation of Paco Pérez, the renowned chef who established the gastronomic reputation of the Miramar restaurant located in Llançà (awarded two Michelin stars), and another star subsequently for the Enoteca located in the Hotel ARTS Barcelona. The avant-garde cuisine is matched by the décor of the dinning room designed by Joaquim Casademont which plays visual games with reflections and light and incorporates pools of water within the ground floor restaurant evoking the speciality of the house, seafood and fish. The cuisine is directed by Montse Sala together with her daughter Zaira, wife and daughter of Pérez and a young team of professionals. Other noteworthy design details include the Raynaud Limoges dinner service, Italian linen table cloths and Riedel glass ware. The ‘menú Ejecutivo’ is also available in the evening, dishes are updated and revised regularly. There are four courses included with a choice of fish or meat for the main course, the course are accompanied by selected wines from Spain for each course.
