From June 28th till September 1st La Roca Village will be serving a combination of tapas and cocktails especially conceived for their Chic Summer initiative that also includes a printed map featuring both Barcelona hot spots and activities as well as La Roca Village with its Dj sessions on Friday evenings. Javier
de las Muelas has created “Chic Sunset Cocktail” the principal ingredients of which include a touch of apple, sprig of mint, a shot of rum and obviously a lot of ice, to help cool down the sultry nights of summer at La Roca. Also included is a specially created series of tapas which feature local Mediterranean ingredients from renowned Barcelona chefs Ada Parellada (Semproniana) and Jordi Vilà (Alkimia) proud owner of a Michelin star.
