Barcelona’s Bobby Gin bar pioneers a new cocktail concept ‘Ginfonk’ invented by the renowned bar manager Alberto Pizarro (recently selected as Spanish World Class Best Bartender for 2011and World Champion in the Cocktail Theatre and the Stars category 2011). Bobby Gin is located in the Gracia neighbourhood and represents the type of bar which its creators Manel Forés and Óscar Alcarez could not find in Barcelona: one that was capable of guiding its customers through the world’s gins and distilled beverages, treating them with respect savouring and enjoying them within an informal and relaxed environment.

Bobby Gin pays homage to the distilled spirit with a selection of more the 50 Premium labels sourced from around the world. Albert Pizarro will be adding a selection of gin & tonics de auteur in which he will be introducing unusual ingredients that will highlight the selected gins and give vent to his creativity. These are complimented by a gastronomic offering designed to accompany the cocktails from brothers Josep and Jordi Barragán.
