On Saturday at 6 pm in the auditorium will be screened Clara Isamat's documentary on natural wine Fermentación espontánea (awarded at the Most Festival 2016), with subsequent talk with the director (€ 5, the price includes a glass of wine from Finca Parera and access to the venue). On the same day at 4 pm, at Dalla Corte Corner, SlowMov will give the Specialty Mushrooms workshop, to learn how to grow mushrooms in coffee grounds (€ 7, with tasting).
