All Those Food Market
Xmas edition of the festival of gastronomic artisans and entrepreneurs
For this new appointment, they announce a hundred projects involved, the presence of chef Rafa Peña (Gresca) and the Quesería Cultivo from Madrid, street food, workshops and a large children's area with free activities.
True to its philosophy of showing the independent foodie scene in emblematic places in Barcelona, the platform for gastronomic entrepreneurs All Those Food Market will open for the first time to the public the garden of the Museu Marítim. While the street food proposals -for example Caravan Made- occupy this site, the artisans -among them Pallarés Solsona, Cal Rovira, Olivares Series, La Madre de Miren, Teascopia, Trasmonte, Chiles Hermanos, Blue Yellow, Un Dia Un Vi...- and other cooks -as Kenji Ueno from Aiueno and Can Kenji- will take the Comillas room, converted for the occasion into a food hall.
On Saturday at 6 pm in the auditorium will be screened Clara Isamat's documentary on natural wine Fermentación espontánea (awarded at the Most Festival 2016), with subsequent talk with the director (€ 5, the price includes a glass of wine from Finca Parera and access to the venue). On the same day at 4 pm, at Dalla Corte Corner, SlowMov will give the Specialty Mushrooms workshop, to learn how to grow mushrooms in coffee grounds (€ 7, with tasting). And on Sunday at 12 noon at Espai Didàctic, Mellow Sheng will teach how to make kkakdugi, the crunchiest version of kimchi (€ 20). More workshops in http://tienda.allthose.org.
Children over 3 years will make an edible crockery with Bon Aprofit (continuous session on Saturday from 13 to 15 and from 16:30 to 18:30, and Sunday from 12 to 14 and from 15 to 17), Christmas cookies with Comaxurros (on Sunday at 12:30 and 14:30), they will write messages with clouds of Çukor flavors (Saturday and Sunday throughout the day), they will print local fish with La Platjeta (Saturday and Sunday at 17: 30 h) and will create an urban garden with Arrels i Brots (Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and Sunday at 11:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.).
