Digital Arts Festival
Mira, the Digital Arts Festival of Barcelona reaches its seventh edition. As a novelty, it hosts an inaugural concert for the first time, on Tuesday, November 7th at 9 pm at L'Auditori, by GAS (Wolfgang Voigt), one of the most influential artists of minimal sound and ambient music, who will present his new album, Narkopop, after 17 years of silence, accompanied by visuals.
In addition, Mira premieres the 3D Sound Room, a new stage dedicated to multidimensional sound and immersive audio technology with a program oriented to electronic dance music, Mira0 Dome, an immersive dome dedicated to the projection of video art pieces in 360º, and four rooms for large format installations created exclusively for the event. And on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th November, Mira 2017, in collaboration with the Barcelona ProtoPixel studio, will carry out the 'LED mapping and expressive lighting control' workshop.
