First heard by many on the soundtrack of her movie mentor’s, Inland Empire in which he played the central theme (composed by Lynch), Polish Poem. For all those who haven’t seen that film she has also worked with the likes of Willie Nelson, Brian Setzer and Donovan, with of whom she has collaborated with. She released the album This Train (2012) which included the aforementioned " Polish Poem" and ten more tracks. One of them is Right Down To You which she wrote together and Lynch eleven years ago marked the beginning of their artistic relationship. All the videos for this track and the rest of the album, were directed by the famous director of Blue Velvet. The result: a dreamy pop track that explores our mental depths, with a misty atmosphere and the same feeling as Twin Peaks where nightmare and curiosity intersect, not unlike other songs produced by the filmmaker with Angelo Badalamenti and Julee Cruise.
