BCN en las Alturas
The gardens of the modernist Torre Bellesguard, the work of Antoni Gaudí, also known as Casa Figueres and declared a Property of Cultural Interest in 1969, will host next weekend a new edition (the fourteenth) of this pioneering market in Barcelona that takes place twice a year.
BCN en las Alturas will offer clothes, accessories, jewellery... as well as gastronomy and live music brought by Jim Beam, that, in addition to the Ukulele Clan Band, will serve the following gastronomic proposal: ham croquettes with Jim Beam sauce à l'Anglaise and cooked croquettes with barbecue sauce made with Jim Beam, as well as the option to pair the rest of the specialties of Reina Croqueta with a Jim Julep "The Kentucky Mojito" or a Jim Beam Ginger.
In addition, the market offers the opportunity, at the special price of € 10, to take a guided tour to the interior of the Torre, one of the few manors built by the architect who is still inhabited by its owners, the Guilera family.
