This coming Thursday and Friday (March 7th and 8th) a new electronic music festival ABROADFEST will be held in Barcelona including DJ sets from Kaskade, Nicky Romero, Thomas Gold, Female Dj Revolution and Shermanology.  This will be its first edition however ticket sales have already been strong. Its creators hope the festival will encourage young people from around the world to visit the city and enjoy a unique experience, (tickets are on sale throughout Europe together with a package to stay for three nights in Barcelona). The festival is scheduled to take place twice a year, in March and another edition later in the autumn.

For the day time all kinds of cultural activities will be on offer over the weekend in order to showcase some of the city’s most emblematic attractions, from the Picasso museum to some of Barcelona’s most iconic restaurants. Bike rides, helicopter trips or simply on foot giving visitors the chance to see the highlights.

    ABROADFEST is organized by East Coast and De Lis Group aimed at providing locals and visitors the chance to experience the best DJs of the moment and emerging talent at an affordable price in two of the city’s best venues, featuring top end light and sound in the best locations.
