Exhibition + charitable donation and event

The multifaceted artist Philip Stanton and Barnadas Gallery have joined forces to raise funds through art for the benefit of those affected by the DANA. All contributions will be donated to the Red Cross, one of the main organisations operating in the areas affected by this catastrophe.

On the one hand, on Friday 15th, a charitable event will take place at the Jordi Barnadas Gallery in Barcelona, under the framework of the current exhibition There and Here. Stanton will be present to share his artistic vision, and attendees will be able to participate in a raffle for two exclusive pieces of graphic work, numbered and signed by the artist.

In addition to the event, the graphic artwork BCN a la vista, 2024 will be available for purchase at a reduced price through migranodearena.org, with 100% of the profits going to the Spanish Red Cross. The works —a limited edition of 20 units, numbered, signed and hand-illuminated by Philip Stanton— will be available online until the 30th of November.

    The work of Philip Stanton, painter, designer and musician, is renowned for its vibrant and optimistic style. In the solo exhibition There and Here he presents more than twenty recent works, still lives and landscapes that reinterpret pop art and cubism through a Mediterranean gaze. With his neo-cubist style, the artist explores dualities such as sea-mountain and night-day, creating an authentic symphony of colours and sensations.

    Based in Barcelona since 1988, Stanton (Columbus, USA, 1962) has left a deep mark on the city's art scene, including recent collaborations such as the packaging design for Cervezas Moritz.
