A capsule collection of Ottomans

Small but perfectly formed this capsule collection of Ottomans is made using the finest fabrics. A combination of linen for the top and velvet for the base, expressed in pastel colours. Rounded forms slightly raised off the ground on wooden legs. A perfect combination of jewellery and furniture.

Better know for her jewellery designs Helena Rohner pours her considerable experience into this joint creative project with Gancedo to present a line of Ottomans that resemble rounded stones that one might come across on a river bed or a beach. Hence the name, “Pebbles”. The imagination and creativity of the designer Helena Rohner joining forces with the tradition and knowledge of a family firm that has been around since 1945. Emmeline Gancedo, Director of Design for the firm, highlights the use of top quality fabrics that are expressed in a contemporary design. Three different size modules in complimentary colour tones.

    Both brands have chosen a timeless design of pure fluid lines for this their first collaboration. A modern iconic design these small and simple pieces with organic forms are the designer’s first foray into the world of furniture. Featuring the quality fabrics that Gancedo is renowned for throughout Spain, their flagship store in Madrid recently relocated to Velazquez 38 in the Salamanca neighbourhood.

    The collection is designed to use the Ottomans both separately and together, in small groups of 2-3 or more, as if they were the gems of a jewel, thus combining different colours and sizes. In addition, they are adaptable to any environment, thanks to their simple and universal design language
