Óvalo, Beatriz Fabres' space for expression
At Óvalo, which recently opened in the Eixample district, Beatriz Fabres rescues objects that are too beautiful or important to be discarded, and then restores, transforms, reuses, and ultimately revives them. She also chooses handcrafted creations that tell extraordinary stories.
Furniture, lighting, decorative pieces, ready-made works that honor meaningful objects, ceramic tableware from La Bisbal, scented candles, incense, rituals and readings for well-being. And her own jewels with Art Deco and Brutalist influences, continuing her career in the jewelry sector that led her to run another space in the Born district for eight years.
A shop-studio that captivates with its maximalist staging and reclaimed elements, such as the shelves that were once scaffolding.
For Beatriz, a present owner, creating is a necessity born of curiosity, and she brings her vision to life to shape the way she wants to connect and live, without limiting herself to a single style.

Only here you will find her Cascade leather necklaces, featuring natural gemstones, embroidered beads, and metallic
appliqués —unique pieces celebrating individuality, which she also makes to order—. The Lava pendant, made of solid oxidized silver, designed in collaboration with DJ Dubfire, in a numbered edition of 100. -
The oval Ask but you already know inside pendulum, that can be used as an oracle or to detect positive energy. The Intention boxes.

And the recycled newspaper lamps, which she creates in-situ, with periodicals that she collects from bars in the area.
