Kave Home is one of the latest furniture and design shops to open in Barcelona, located in the city centre, on Diagonal, between Balmes and Rambla Catalunya, mountain side. It is the fist physical shop to open belonging to the Kave Home brand that has existed for 36 years, with its headquarters in Gerona now but which has only operated online up until now. With forty new designs produced by the company every week the idea is to provide customers with varied and affordable design ideas for customising their homes.
The brand belongs to the Julia Grup a Spanish furniture company available in more than 75 countries around the globe. The design concept is very Mediterranean which is underlined with the latticework of the Kave Home logo that evokes the iconic pavements of Barcelona, together with the natural raw materials of the furniture.

“We started as a digital platform as an efficient way of reaching the final consumer, but our goal has always been to have physical stores in which to offer elements that serve as an extension of the personality of our customers. After 5 years online it was time to start our expansion plan with the aim of inspiring, looking after and serving our customers through every available channel” according to Francesc Julià the CEO of Kave Home.

The online brand of furniture and decoration opens its first physical store on Avenida Diagnal 488, an attractive place full of natural light with an exhibition of the latest trends in decoration and furniture mixed and combined with timeless pieces.

The Kave Home showroom includes over 1,000 sq.m. organised over two floor levels, ground floor and basement levels. On the ground floor the furniture is arranged in themed sections, 14 in total; living areas, bedroom, sitting room etc. While the basement has a range of terrace furniture, chairs and plants. Decorative objects are combined with plants, lighting and soft furnishings throughout. One of the distinguishing features is the ordering service where the helpful staff will help customers select the pieces required. The furniture and design pieces are fabricated around the world, mostly in Asian countries. There will be a Kave Home opeing soon in Madrid.
