The restaurant space is an open plan layout with individual and shared tables, one single central structural column forms an island table arrangement with surround seating. A bright and generous dining with lots of natural light defined by solid materials such as wood, metal and glass. The cubic internal volume is calibrated by a metal grid that forms a privacy screen to the exterior street courtyard which is repeated to form shelving within the wall separating the kitchen area. A carefully controlled palette of colours creates a warm yet neutral environment where the food and the graphic design are carefully considered. The raw approach to the food is reflected in the raw approach to the materials and the mechanical and electrical installation, the air conditioning system is fully on display. The furniture follows the overall philosophy being simple yet elegant.
