OFFERING: Gastronomic and delicious dishes, made with organic produce, sourced locally and only when in season. A slowfood cuisine offering where everything from the bread to the ice cream is home made. To accompany the food a wines list of natural wines from small producers and very limited productions.
HIGHLIGHT: Zero Patatero operates in a unique way, fun and accessible, farm-to-table. Its local produce puts great importance on the vegetables (only seasonal ones), as well as ecological meats and sustainable fishing practices. The menu varies continuously with the seasons and offers customers a sophisticated gastronomic cuisine at surprisingly good value.
INTERIOR: Designed by Maria Orriols. A space that retains the elegance of its original architectural design combined with a more avant-garde touch with the illustrator Clara Arnús wall murals.
RECOMMENDED. The rice, which is spectacular! Classics such as the avocado, mushroom, apple, grapefruit and smoked eel tartare served with a lime and basil sorbet; or the roasted cauliflower with savoury almond praliné, lime and garlic bread.
