OFFERING: Healthy and tasty market fresh cuisine, made with local organic produce cooked at low temperatures. Meat, fish as well as vegan dishes, natural juices, homemade bread freshly baked every day with sourdough. In the Concept store, plants, accessories and decorative objects, with a selection of Scandinavian brands including Bloomingville and House Doctor, handmade objects produced in Barcelona such as the Halo Barcelona Lamps, Abani&co, Les Carnets d’Audrey and artworks by Catherine Lemaire.
HIGHLIGHT: The freshness and quality of the food. Everything is homemade, prepared on the premises. Nothing frozen or fried, or processed foods, only natural juices made freshly.
INTERIOR: Exposed bricks walls, quality materials (wood, metal and glass) and a variety of floor finishes: slate, hydraulic ceramic tiles, oak parquet and polished concrete. The Concept Store, at the back of the space, is an open spacious area with high ceilings, lots of light, plants and vintage furniture.
RECOMMENDED: The menu, which is updated with the changing seasons and the shop inventory that is added to every time a new Barcelona based craft captures the owner’s attention.
