OFFERING: Cooking with character, simple, farm-to-table with Mediterranean soul. Dishes from Catalan, Spanish and Italian cuisine.
HIGHLIGHT: Used to be an old colmado or grocery store with the typical charm of the shops from the late 19th Century. Located in one of the new trendy areas of the city, just meters from Paseo San Juan, We Bistrot is directly below the We Boutique Hotel, both initiatives founded by Italian entrepreneur Lorenzo Fragola that recreate the concept of the Locanda (places that combine hotel and restaurant).
INTERIOR: A space that retains the splendour of the modernime style of the area: the Quadrat d’or. The original hydraulic floor tiles together with the beautifully restored shelving units provide a nostalgic and magical ambience. The project is by Luca Pizzolorusso and interior design team Germano Marchetti, Lorenzo Fragola and Fernando Peres Pradells.
RECOMMENDED: The Seasonal Risotto; the Burrata; the Bluefin Tuna tartar with miso and mascarpone cream; Crispy Lamb Ribs with smoked aubergine and mint emulsion; the Open Tortilla (omelette) with Joselito ham and truffle.
