Vinus&Brindis

Wine shop and tastings

Founded as a chain in 2003, by 2017 it converted into a unique wine bar and a fun meeting point for wine enthusiasts and professionals alike. With
Fredi Bassal and Alonso Duarte at the helm, always attentive to small local and foreign producers and eager to introduce them to a wider public, the wine shop specialises in artisanal and unusual wines that are connected with family, traditions and the land. HIGHLIGHT: All things wine related are celebrated at Vinus&Brindis, with regular events taking place inspired by their stock. Including the Stranger Wines (Tuesdays) and Zumo de Pepino (Fridays) open sessions, for informal tastings of unusual and sought after wines, respectively, at their bar. INTERIOR: A sober yet eloquent space, inviting clients to enter and browse through a wide range of labels, and meet their creators: it is common to bump into producers, for whom the store is also an oasis. RECOMMENDED: Trying the founder Bassal in collaboration with winegrower Nacho Vicente Single Vineyards Collectors own wines: the white La Ricofa (second vintage now available) and the new red El Rampell. Or the ones by winemaker Amós Bañeres, who was instrumental in the change of Vinus&Brindis.
