Market Cuisine at The Barcelona EDITION

Located on the ground floor of The Barcelona EDITION hotel, Veraz offers locals and guests a menu of authentic market cuisine focused on seasonal produce sourced from the neighbouring Mercat de Santa Caterina, masterminded by chef Pedro Tassarolo.
HIGHLIGHT: The menu includes vegan and healthy options prepared in a charcoal oven, as well as a selection of vermouths from Tarragona and Spanish wines, ideal for enjoying with a selection of tapas at vermouth time, both inside and on its outdoor terrace.
INTERIOR: With the EDITION style imprint, a sophisticated space with an avant-garde design that defines the experience. Among the unique features is the spectacular wall of backlit bottles of the central bar and the curated selection of photographs by Joana Biarnes, Colita, Xavier Miserachs and Oriol Maspons.
RECOMMENDED: Enjoy some Bravas Veraz or the Tomato salad for sharing; continue with the Market Fish with roasted vegetables or the Beef Rib-Eye Premium Angus and finish with the Cheesecake with pistachios and seasonal fruit. On Sundays, brunch with unlimited cava and mimosas and on Thursdays discover Grills at Veraz.
