Absolute control over their speciality, Km0 philosophy if not from their own farm. OFFERING: quality vegetarian cuisine. ‘Freshbar’ where the ingredients for your salad can be chosen. Mediterranean menu with the emphasis on vegetable protein and home-made pasta and the natural juices squeezed freshly. RECOMMENDED: the Crispy Artichoke Crepe served with Brie Sauce.
