HIGHLIGHT: 28 years ago, a young Colombian coffee farmer from the Cali region came up with an innovative project in his Santuario coffee plantation. He planted exotic varieties from different parts of the world, which he later exported to Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Ethiopia, and soon to El Salvador. Thanks to a Barcelona importer with whom he shares a passion for coffee, they joined forces with a Barcelona technology company and a roaster from Lleida, to bring farm grown coffees to the city, with complete traceability, from the plant to the cup, obtained sustainable and ethical credentials. INTERIOR: Large, sober place with a relaxed atmosphere, the corners are decorated with photographs of the places and people who produce their coffees.
