Rice Restaurant Inspired by the Gods
OFFERING: With ten different varieties of rice, paella and fideua dishes as well as other options inspired by the Mediterranean and its cuisine. Everything here is designed for sharing in the true Mediterranean spirit.
HIGHLIGHT: The extraordinary state-of-the-art kitchen, open to the restaurant with 19 robotically controlled paella rings which guarantee the optimum cooking temperature of the rice at 75º. Here chef Xavier Sender oversees the preparation of the different varieties of paella and other dishes.
INTERIOR: By Turull Sorensen. A spectacular contemporary space just a few meters from the sea and the W Barcelona, with a fresh and organic ambient, full of light and colour. The high ceilings of the dining area are decorated with esparto rugs and fabrics of different colours and patterns, and the large round tables are provided with central spot light recreating the hearth, designed to share precious time with family, friends or business colleagues.
RECOMMENDED: The “señorito” Seafood Rice, the Mountain Rice with black butifarra and pork rib confit at low temperature or any of the other dishes such as the Wagyu Carpaccio with pistachio pesto and Idiazábal cheese.
