HIGHLIGHT: A surprising jungle-like space situated very near the extraordinary modernisme style Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau. The flavourful meat dishes are guaranteed to awaken your animal instincts. Superior quality produce, cuts from ten year old Frisian cattle using dry-aging process (the meat is maintained at a specific temperature and humidity for between 30 and 60 days) that enhances its texture, flavour and tenderness.
INTERIOR: Once inside you are immersed into the tropical undergrowth of the jungle: palm leaves, unusual plants, bamboo, exotic birds, a warm light, wooden tables and the smell of grilled meat.
RECOMMENDED: The Argentinian Black Angus Entrecote or the Sirloin Steak (250gr o 350gr), the 30-60 day dry-aged Frisian Entrecote (350gr o 500gr), and the national Wagyu Loin (200gr), accompanied with a Priorat, Montsant or Ribera del Duero.
