OFFERING: A gastronomic tour through the cultures of Brazil and Japan where diners will discover the flavours, textures and original culinary techniques of each country, fused together in such a way as to respect the meticulous Japanese technique and the tastes and colours of indigenous Brazilian produce. HIGHLIGHT: Ikibana Sarrià is a delight for all the senses, from its elaborate and highly innovative interior to its sophisticated and beautifully presented food right down to the uniforms of the waiters and barmen. There are now three Ikibana restaurants in Barcelona, one in the Born and another on Paralel. INTERIOR: designed by multi-award winning architects El Equipo Creativo. The restaurant occupies two floors with an outdoor garden as well as an indoor terrace, the bars and the tables are laid out like islands within a tropical interior characterised by its colour and natural matrials. RECOMMENDED: the lounge zone which offers pairings of sushi and cocktails. At the weekends there are DJ sessions and other live acts. PRICE: between 25 and 40 Eur.
