RECOMMENDED: Red quinoa salad with spinach, arugula, peppers, radishes, cucumber, pomegrade syrup and totopos; Baja California shrimps tacos, chipotle mayonnaise, avocado, and pickled cabbage; Caribbean style fried fish with patacones; Thai prawn and vegetables curry with jazmín rice; and the Crayfish rice.
