HIGHLIGHT: Pioneers in the introduction of flexitarianism in our country, led by Teresa Carles, who started with a small vegetarian restaurant in Lleida in 1979. A transgressive and innovative concept, which already defended conscious eating.
INTERIOR: Large spaces with natural lighting, industrial inspiration and with open-plan kitchens.
RECOMMENDED: Their creations that make you travel the world. In the Tallers premises, the urban terrace-garden and the store The Corner, stocked with an entire range of kombuchas and cold-pressed juices, as well as products from other brands with which they share values. In August it will celebrate its 10th anniversary and they promise news and surprises!
